Cancellation, Changes & No-Show Policy
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES CAN NOT BE MADE VIA THE BOOKING PORTAL.
You may change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment start time to avoid any fees. If you need to "cancel" or "reschedule" your appointment, this can be done by phoning Achieve Aesthetics on 07734 214208 or emailing info@achieve-aesthetics.co.uk
Within 24 hours of your appointment start time, you will be charged the full 100% fee of the scheduled appointment cost.
Missed appointments by "No-show" on the day of appointment will be charged the full 100% fee of the scheduled appointment cost.
Card details are taken to secure your booking, but will NOT be charged unless you cancel with less than 24 hour notice, or do not attend.
